  II Residence inaugurato nell'estate 1994, dista solo 20m. dall'hotel "Bianchi Vincenzo" e gode anch'esso di posizione privilegiata sul lungomare, in zona pedonale e centrale.
Ideato per soddisfare ogni esigenza, è privo di barriere architettoniche. Dispone di spiaggia privata. Pasti a prezzi convenzionati presso il vicino ristorante "L'Uomo del Brodetto", anche da asporto.

Tutti gli appartamenti, elegantemente arredati, sono dotati di telefono diretto, tv color, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e balcone. Si dividono in MONOLOCALI (2-3-4 letti) e BILOCALI (4-5-6-8 letti), la maggior parte fronte mare.
  The Residence, completely renewed in 1994 lies at a distance of 20 m. from the hotel "Bianchi Vincenzo". It has a sea-front position along the famous "lungomare" in the very center of the town.
Ideal to satisfy the most demanding guest, it offers a private beach and special rates at the nearby Restaurant "L'Uomo del Brodetto" (Take-away possibility). Some of the apartements are specially equipped to meet disabled's requirements

All appartments, most of them with sea-wiew, are elegantly furnished. They have a direct-dial telephone, color TV-set, air-conditioning, central heating and balcony. The smaller ones - MONOLOCALE are suitable for 2- 3-4 persons and the larger ones - BILOCALE for 4-5-6-8 persons.
